Booking
By making the booking you agree that:
You are over 18 years of age at the moment of placing the order.
You have read and accepted all terms and conditions;
You consent to our use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy;
Deposits and Payment
You are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of 20% per person per trip for your booking to be confirmed. If your booking is made within 56 days of the departure date then the full amount is payable at the time of booking.Payment of a deposit enables us to hold a reservation for you but does not guarantee the price. The price can only be guaranteed once make the full payment.
Payment deadlines
20 percent to confirm bookings ( non-refundable )
– 30 % due 56 days before departure
– 50% due one 10 days before departure
Cancellation
• 56 days or more prior to departure, we will retain the deposit;
• between 55 and 11 days prior to departure, we will retain the deposit or 30% of the total booking cost;
• 10 days or less prior to departure, we will retain 100% paid by you in connection with the booking.
Travel Documents
You must have a valid passport and appropriate visas, permits and certificates for the countries that you will visit during your trip. It is your responsibility to ensure that all of the details on your travel documents are correct.
Insurance
We strongly recommend you to make an adequate insurance for the duration of your trip. Travel insurance is a mandatory element for our travel arrangements.
