    All about the UKRAINE & ROMANIA 7 DAYS.

    This trip is a combination of two varieties: Ukraine and Romania. We invite you to explore the wonderful monuments of history, culture and nature of Bukovina and Eastern Galicia – historical regions of Ukraine! Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Chernivtsi, Khotyn – unique places with incredible architecture, that you will be remembered for your life. Romania, unique heritage of Eastern Latins, is real melting pot of cultures. Among other things, it is the birthplace of Count Dracula-Vlad III. He was prince of Wallachia – one of the regions in Romania. And of course, the most important historical place  associated with Vlad III is Dracula’s Castle. It is located in the mountains of Transylvania, near the ancient city of Brasov. We will visit this mystic place during our tour. But Romania is much more than Dracula, and other sights await you to prove it.

    1. Day 1

      We arrive in Lviv, the cultural capital of Ukraine. After a short break, we will start discovering this amazing and fabulous city. Declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Lviv is one of the most picturesque cities in Europe. While exploring the city on foot, we will have a chance to experience its rich versatility of architectural styles embodied in the historical churches and houses. In the evening the city’s cafes tour is recommended.

       

    2. Day 2

       

      Breakfast at the hotel is followed by the excursion to the open-air Museum displaying Ukrainian villages of the 17th-18th. The working exhibition comprises about 20 thousand objects of everyday life and works of folk art. On this day we will also visit the Lychakiv Cemetery, one of the largest known in Europe. In the afternoon we will visit Galych, the former centre of Galicia-Volyn principality – the most powerful stronghold in the ancient south-western lands. The town of Galych, located in western Ukraine, gave name to the whole region of Galicia. You will visit the ruins of Galych castle. In the evening we will arrive in to Ivano-Frankivsk.

    3. Day 3

      After breakfast we will visit Ivano-Frankivsk city hall – the only secular building in Ukraine, which has a gilded dome. We will also find out many interesting facts about the city, its history and secrets. Short coffee break, and we will set off to Kolomyia, where we will visit the Easter Egg Museum. The art of Easter egg painting has been a genuine Ukrainian tradition for hundreds of years. The hutsul people have achieved unprecedented artistic heights in this craft. In the afternoon we will arrive to Chernivtsi. Check-in at the hotel. Free time.

    4. Day 4

       

      Chernivtsi was built during the Austrian period and is the city of multicultural Babylon, which mixed different cultures and nationalities in its melting forges. Afterwards – a coffee break and excursion to Chernivtsi
      University – the former Metropolitan’s Residence and previously the building of the German university. The next point of the list – is Khotyn fortress, a large tourist attraction in Ukraine. The fortress belongs to one of the Seven Wonders of Ukraine. Return to Chernivtsi.

       

    5. Day 5

       

      After breakfast in Chernivtsi, transfer to Ukrainian-Romanian boarder. Our aquaintance with Romanian we start with Suceava city, the city of legend, the city of the majority of Moldovian crowned rulers. In course of the biggest part of its history the city was the capital of Moldova. After a short coffee break – we will go to Sinaia, a small, cozy town, known as a ski resort. It is surrounded by one of the most beautiful valleys of Romania. The surrounding mountains, which reach a height of two kilometers, are covered with thick coniferous forests of fragrant fresh air. Check-in at the hotel. Free time.

    6. Day 6

       

      After breakfast, we will visit two beautiful castle of Transylvania – Dracula and Peles. In the vast valley on the edge of the mighty cliff towers the ominous impregnable castle of Count Dracula. Return to the city of Sinaia. Walk to the summer residence of the former royal family of Romania. We are visiting one of the most unique museums in Europe – Peles Castle, which is fairly considered a masterpiece of architecture and art.
      In the evening – our program “Dinner with the Vampire“. We will have the opportunity to taste national dishes, evaluate old and new wine collection with hospitable hosts, listen to Romanian music, watch or take part in local
      inflammatory dances. Late in the evening we recomend night tour with torches to the old town Brasov. This is one of the most beautiful medieval cities of Romania. Return to the hotel. Overnight.

    7. Day 7

       

      After breakfast everyone willing, sets off to the mysterious and beautiful Bucharest, the city, that combines the traditions of East and West, which gives it a special and unique flavor. Sightseeing tour of the city: Constitution Square, Parliament Palace, is listed in Guinness World Records as the largest office building in the world after the Pentagon, Revolution Square, a monument of the Renaissance and the Palace of the Romanian king Charles the First, which is the Museum of Art … Free time. Coming back to home.
